Additionally, I have sent several friends there to get everything from engagement rings, wedding bands, and tennis bracelets. You think the guy standing behind the counter at Zales or even at an upscale jewelry store is a diamond professional? He's not, he's a salesman who works on commission who will tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy something, and you'll trust him because the name of the store for which he works is Zales, or Kay jewelers, or even Cartier. This is why dealing with CA Diamonds was such a pleasure. They are REAL diamond experts and they take their time to educate you.
